My friend, Scarlett, passed this recipe on to me. Looks like a wonderful natural soup for those lovely colds!
8 cups chicken broth
25 cloves of garlic (peeled)
1 TBSP ginger
1 TBSP paprika
pinch of red pepper
1/2 cup lemon juice
Place in pot and cook until garlic is soft and then eat it all.
