    I love and highly recommend Arnica to my friends and doula clients regularly. The charcoal also works wonders. I think these packs are SO great, I can’t think of anything to add to them at this moment.

    I am intrigued by the Apis for bug bites, since my son has bad reaction to fire ant bites. We seem to have ants everywhere we look, so we are always on the lookout for a good bug bite medicine!
