My tip is to find some type of exercise that you enjoy and just do it and be consistent.

This is a great concept! My fitness tip is to walk during my lunch break. It offers me a break and fresh air from my extremely stressful job. It also allows me time to spend with the Lord.

My tip is to set goals for the week, like how many times you want to work out, when you can work out that week in your schedule, and what you want to do, and then do it!!

Exercise tip: Use your own self for resistance. You can easily flop through a bunch of exercises or you can do them slowly, deliberately and with some concentration. You’ll see better results with the second method.

My tip is to keep moving anyway that you can – take walks as a family, work in the yard, take the stairs instead of the elevator, etc.
