I was gravely dissapointed to discover that they are not running a new coupon in the 2010 chinook book. Alas! You can still save alot by purchasing a 5 gallon bucket. That puts it at around $33 per gallon. I will be doing this myself!

I buy the unrefined as it preserves more of the nutrients for my cooking. The refined version is perfectly fine for body usage though.

There is a company called Country Life(www.clnf.org) that sells 50lb non-organic coconut oil for $57.50 and organic extra virgin coconut oil is 8 lbs for $42.00. If you could organize a co-op or just have a really large order of $400 or more they will deliver it free to certain areas. You’d need to look it up to see if they come your way.
