After our recent discussion on cloth diapering, Fuzzi Bunz donated a 3 pack of their pocket perfect size diapers to give away to one lucky reader! (I want to win them myself!
The winner may select what size and colors they would like.
I personally have not used fuzzi bunz as of yet, but I have heard rave reviews of their durability and perfect fit sizing. I personally think pocket diapers are the easiest cloth diapering system as they dry very fast, rarely leak, and come in an assortment of cute colors. Read more about the Fuzzi Bunz features here.

Neat giveaway (that diaper is so cute!
)…thanks for entering me!
Oh wow!!!! I’ve never used cloth diapers but with a 2 yr. old and a 7 mth. old they sure would come in handy and save money!!! I’ve love to win!!!
Thanks!
I’ve been wanting some cloth diapers so that my daughter can try them out on her two little ones!! Thanks for the great giveaway!
I think the biggest tip I have about cloth diapering is do not let anyone make you feel like it is too hard. People who have never done it will tell you it is way too hard and you shouldn’t even try. They are ridiculous – it is easy. I am running a series on cloth diapering over at my place if you want more of my thoughts.
Ooh, these would be great to win! I’m having to replenish my stash after chunking 10 – TEN!! – of my pockets due to problems. What a blessing to be able to give away!
)
I am approaching the end (I think!) of my diapering days, but have a sis-in-law expecting her 1st ANY DAY now, who would LOVE to use these!
I hear about clothe diapers being more time consuming, but I often wonder if it takes more time to wash them or to wait in long lines at the store.
What I love most about the idea of using Fuzzi Bunz’s is that they are one size… bliss. And, they’re just so darn cute, too!
One of my favorite cloth diapering tips is to use a dry diaper pail. I used a wet pail (water with vinegar) for my first child, and it was always so cumbersome to lug, to dump into the washer, etc. and even stinky at times. With my second, I discovered the concept of a dry pail. Why didn’t I think of this sooner? No heavy pail, no sloshing water, no stink, no mess. I love it!
I would love these cloth diapers! i have used BG’s but could use some new ones! I don’t really have any tips that haven’t been shared…all i know is that my kids potty trained much earlier and I think its b/c of cloth diapers
I love cloth diapering both of my babies and would love to try Fuzzibuns. My tip would be use the toddler size of the poo liners (don’t know what it’s called, but it is that soft, flushable tissue paper making it SO easy to peel the poop off and into the toilet) and cut them in half. The size is perfect for my 6 month old and 2 year old and then they last twice as long.
I have been using cloth for about 5 months now- I love it! I would love to have some more diapers because right now I have to wash mine every day. Thanks for the giveaway =)
oh and the dryer balls last for years making it worth the $11-ish investment
my best tip i can think of is to use dryer balls (i got mine at babies r us with a 15% off coupon, bringing the total down to $11) in the dryer. dryer balls have no chemicals and are safe for cloth diapers. they fluff, soften and reduce drying time, thus saving money. and if i am able to dry my diapers outside, i do, then do a quick 2 minute “dryer ball” to soften the diapers for babies skin. also, vinegar in the wash cycle as a natural fabric softener everytime!
I’m expecting my first on July 3rd, but even before I was pregnant I began buying used fuzzi bunz through craiglisters. I have small, mediums, and larges and would love to try the new ones! I chose fuzzi bunz based on the review of a friend that switched to cloth when her daughter turned two to help potty-training along. I’ve received lots of tips for cloth diapering, but all of them were listed on the cloth diapering post.
I have just made the switch to cloth diapers and have used a lot of information you’ve shared to make the switch. I have only bought bum genius diapers, but learned after my purchase that fuzzi bunz’s are better. I would love the opportunity to try them out and make the comparison!
Thanks for always sharing what you’ve learned!
I have always wanted to try cloth diapering but have not had the nerve to test out diapers, so I would love to try Fuzzi Bunz, I have heard wonderful things about them!
Our 5th child is due in June. I’m sad to admit that this will be the first one we will be using cloth diapers with. I just never really knew that much about them or even considered them until I discovered a wealth of information on this blog with your recent posts. We went to a Cloth Diapering 101 class a couple days ago and made our purchases. I wish we would have made this decision and investment back when our first child was born. But I would love to win the Fuzzi Bunz 3-pack. Thank you for a chance to win!
Oh, I could really use these! When the weather is nice, I love to dry my diapers outside so they smell so fresh and are naturally bleached!
I was a commercial run of the mill mom with baby #1, and then had a complete turn around with baby #2. I love cloth diapering and will not go back…except when we go on vacation and I’ll be forced to use “earth friendly-baby friendly” disposables (I really can’t force my family to sit in the car for a 10 hour ride one way with urine soaked diapers in the van). I have never tried FuzziBunz before (I use Thirsties, Swaddlebees, homemade, and Polar Babies). I would love to try these out!
If anyone is thinking about cloth diapering, but not sure, I have chronicled my journey with cloth diapers at http://www.clothcrazy.blogspot.com
I have a 5 month old at home and I really want to try cloth diapers. I feel like it would be worth the investment if our family grows.
We’ve used cloth diapers on all 3 kids. My youngest is just 2 months now. My tip to share is to buy a yard of fleece and cut them into maxi-size pads to put in baby’s diaper from birth until your mature milk has come in. The gold-colored colostrum (and first meconium poos) can really stain diapers. So putting fleece in there keeps baby dry and keeps your brand new diapers stain-free. After mature milk (lighter white in color) is in, your diapers will wash clean.
I fell in love with cloth diapering with my 4th baby! My favorite thing at the moment are his “sock monkey” cranky pants. They are so soft and leak resistant.
We love using cloth diapers! I have always used prefolds and bummis super whisper wrap which has been great. We’re interested in trying other kinds for when we are out for the day and overnight, so this would be great. My best diaper tip is getting these liners (http://www.jardinediapers.com/Flushable-Liners-Imse-Vimse-p-72.html). They are biodegradable and flushable, so when they get pooped on you just peel them up and flush them. TOTALLY WORTH IT!
I would love to try fuzzi bunz! We use prefolds and a few super whisper wrap and one stacinator wool cover. Nothing fancy, but it gets the job done. I’d love to try a different type of diaper!
We love cloth diapers! I used disposables on my first 2 children, but switched to cloth for #3 & 4. My best tip is dryer balls! They help to make the diapers soft without any fabric softeners. We use mostly prefolds, so the softer the better.
Count me in for the giveaway! I love fuzzi bunz, and have wondered what their new one size ones are like.
Hi I’m a cloth diaperin’ momma of 6 kiddos!
One tip I have is….. its a good investment to get a small waterproof bag that zippers for bringing home dirty cloth diapers while out and about! With plastic grocery bags you run the risk of throwing your expencive cloth diapers out in the trash! Not good!
Blessings,
Georgiann
Well as response #265 I’m not thinking my chances are that great but I would LOVE to win some more Fuzzibunz! They are my favorite, and I’ve tried just about everything. I like that they have a trim fit and work so well for my chunky-legged little-bellied girl!
My favorite cloth diaper tip is to use a cotton/hemp insert combined with a microterry insert or doubler for naps and nighttime. It is the most leak-proof combination I have found.
We are cloth diapering out new grand dsughter! Would love a chance to win one.. C/Ding has come a long way in the past 25 years!
I would love to try fuzzi bunz. I unfortunately was victim to a fake fuzzi bunz scam at one point, can you believe it a mock fuzzi bunz!!! In anycase I primarily use fitteds at home and bumgenius for daycare and Daddy. My tip, I love using fleece liners. I buy fleece fabric that is on sale at Joannes and cut it to fit the diapers. If she has a very poopy diaper then the fleece liner is just tossed or it at least is easier to clean then the diaper. It prevents staining on the diapers too. I haven’t thrown many liners away and I have no stains in my diapers. Oh and if you are doing cloth, use cloth wipes. It really makes things alot easier. I just use flannel squares and turn and topstitch them. You can also just use baby wash clothes.
Yay! I’m starting cloth diapering with my new baby!!!!
I’d love to add these to our collection. I’ve never tried fuzzi bunz d/t cost but would love to see if they are as good as I hear. Something that has worked well for us in cloth diapering is purchasing from forums and craigslist. None of our covers (we use prefolds with covers) were purchased new but all were in great condition and half the price.
We are loving the cloth diapering…. My best tip is that sun is amazing for stain removal…
My new to cloth diapering, just started a couple of months ago with my second
child when she was almost a year old. My tip is to for diapers used. I am currently using BG 3.0, and I bought most of mine used off of ebay. Some had only been washed, but never used. I saved several dollars off retail price on each one.
Would love the chance to try FB!
i have been using bum genius 3.0 with my eight month old daughter since she was eight days old. i love them! i would love to try a new brand and love the fuzzi bunz designs. thanks!
I’ve never tried this kind of cloth but I would love to!
-Renda
I would love to try these out! Thanks for the chance.
I pregnant with #2!
We used cloth the first time around and have never looked back. My secret to clean smelling diapers is tea tree oil. No matter what the problem, 4 drops per wash load seems to make everything right again. If only all things were that easy…
If you have a diaper pail liner consider taking it out of the washing machine before your rinse cycle. Some soapy water may get “caught” in it and your diapers may not be as detergent free.
I have been looking into do doing cd’s and would love to try it with these!
We love cloth diapers. It’s been a great choice for our family. I’m looking forward to trying out my newborn diapers on our newest addition any day now! I like to wash diapers every other day and stuff pockets on the off-days. That system works well for us.
I would love the opportunity to try cloth diapers when we are blessed with children!
I’ve been using prefolds for our little one, with bumgenius diapers for outings. We’re expecting our newest Baby in July and would love to try the Fuzzi Bunz. Hopefully we can potty train our older one soon or I’d try them on him! Thanks!
I am pregnant with our 5th child–youngest is 10, so we are basically starting over from scratch!! With our other 4, we used cloth with Gerber plastic pants. I would love to try a new system that is more breathable!!
I started cloth diapering when my first was 18 months and have used cloth with my second from the start. I use mostly prefolds, but would love to try these! My cloth diapering tip: Invest in a diaper sprayer! Seriously, I don’t know if I would still be using cloth if I hadn’t.
So, I haven’t yet tried cloth diapers either. I’m still in the researching stage…but one of the greatest tips I have come across is buying (or winning!) just a few of a certain style/brand and trying them out before buying a whole slew of them. There are so many choices out there, it is impossible to know what will work best for you and your little one until you test some out!
I’m pregnant with my second child, and am seriously considering trying cloth this time around! =)
I am pregnant with our 6th child, and have done cloth diapers with them all. I would love to try the Fuzzi Bunz diapers. I have always done prefolds with a Gerber rubber pants. The rubber pants just don’t last. I always hang the diapers on the line in the summer, natural bleaching. I love it!
We are expecting July 15th. Hubby says if I use cloth diapers he will buy me a new washer and dryer with the money we will save…. My mother is sewing as we speak.
I’ve been using cloth diapers on my 3 month old from the beginning, and I won’t look back. We took a weekend trip and put her in disposables and it only confirmed how much I love having her in cloth. I’ve been using prefolds with Thirsties covers and Bum Genius one size. Both have worked great, but I’d love to try a new brand. I haven’t been at it long enough to come up with any tips not already mentioned here, but appreciated the wisdom I’ve just gleaned reading down through these. Thanks!
