I added a teaspoon full of coconut oil to a hot cup of coffee. It flavored the coffee just a bit. Is it ok to do this?

try expeller pressed coconut oil from tropical traditions it doesnt taste like coconut oil but still has most nutritional value of virgin coconut oil

I’ve been reading about the all of the marvelous benefits of coconut oil for many years now and I’ve tried to keep it on hand. I’ve tried to take it orally by the tablespoonful, but have found it to be very unpalatable for me. Can anyone suggest a good way to take it to reap all the benefits of this wonder food? I would love to be able to consume at least 5-6 tablespoons a day, but I can’t stand the taste of it! Someone please help. Thank you.

You probably bought a NON-Virgin type of CO. Make sure to only buy certified organic, virgin, cold pressed CO. This makes ALL difference in the world. It should not go rancid, because of the extremely high shelf life and very high flash point of quality CO.

as a personal lubricant it works quite well (ie in place of KY and other lubricants) not sure if it’s safe to use with Condom’s tho

I’m also trying this mascara out and am loving it already even though I’m only 10 days into using it! My lashes look longer and feel healthier! Am excited to see the results if I keep on using it! ^_^

For someone who chose a website name called Passionate Homemaking, you sure skipped over a definition for Lubricant. I don’t think you mean to oil a squiky hinge on the hood of your car. Perhaps another use?
