What great timing for me! As a beginner scratch cook just beginning my family’s journey toward true nourishing, wholesome foods I find myself always feeling a little behind in the kitchen. While it is filled with beautiful, whole foods, every meal takes lots of effort and I sometimes get overwhelmed. I know I need to get ahead and create some quick and easy options just for those days. This is just what I needed! I am in the process of researching/creating freezer meals for our 2nd child’s birth in less than 6 weeks! I probably won’t make them for another few weeks, but all of these ideas will be GREAT!
