Hi Lindsay,
Darling baby bump!! I am mostly norwegian, so we do a lot of scandinavian foods for special occasions. When we were kids, we would make lefse and leave it for Santa instead of cookies. Steve is Danish, but he didn't really grow up with the foods, poor dear.

It was a sausage & spinach combination. My mom mixed up the ingredients so I cannot say for certain.

We do Italian food for Christmas too. We're untraditional in the fact that we don't do traditional American Christmas food, nor do we do traditional Italian Christmas food (fish feast). :)

I'm sure your mom hears this all of the time, but she looks just like one of the sisters! ;)

That is so cool. I tried making ravioli completely by hand and I obviously couldn't get the dough thin enough! It was horribly chewy. So I looked into a kitchen aid attachment and it was $200 on sale! This little pasta contraption is good to know about!

Awww, I love your family! That is so fun! I have to figure out Christmas traditions to do with boys as they get older. :)

Hi, my sister sent me the link to your website because I have been wanting a pasta maker so I could learn to make tortellini. You make ravioli look easy. My husband came home with a pasta maker last night! I am excited to learn. I will check your blog often.
Thanks.Lou<ol>

That was so much fun. I just put all the raviolis in the freezer for Christmas. I think you should be able to take a bag home too.

Thanks for joining us once again to keep the tradition alive!

Awe! I have two little girls, and seeing pictures of you and your sisters made me hope to have more girls in the future. (I guess boys are fun too, but i have no experience with them! ) :) Thanks for sharing your family with us.
