Prep: make butter, soak oatmeal, soak biscuits & lentils for Tuesday

Breakfast: Kefir Smoothies, Hard boiled eggs, applesauce bread
Lunch: Leftover Avacado/Tomato Sandwiches from Sat tea
Dinner: Peanut Stir Fry

Tuesday
Prep: cook lentils & biscuits

Breakfast: Soaked Oatmeal, apples, raisins, bananas
Lunch: Leftover chuck roast, mashed potatoes
Dinner: Curry Lentil Soup, Spelt Biscuits

Wednesday
Prep: soak oatmeal

Breakfast: Smoothies, toast, eggs
Lunch:  Baked Potato Bar (using leftover chili from last week)
Dinner: Ragout w/brown rice

Thursday
Prep: soak brown rice

Breakfast: Oatmeal, apples, raisins, bananas
Lunch:  Tomato Soup & grilled cheese sandwiches, carrot & celery sticks
Dinner: Dinner at friends

Friday
Prep: soak pancake batter

Breakfast: Smoothie
Lunch: Egg Salad Sandwiches, carrot sticks
Dinner: Spaghetti & Meatballs w/brown rice pasta

Saturday

Breakfast: Pancakes, oranges
Dinner: Mission Banquet
