Homemade tortillas. Wow! My girls and I made homemade tortillas once. We looked like an episode from I Love Lucy…flour everywhere, and funny shaped tortillas. We laughed and had great time and some of them were pretty good. Have a blessed week.

Thanks for the great pancake recipe. I hadn’t seen this before and couldn’t imagine how or why you were soaking pancakes. I love the grain option.

I made your Salmon Melts last night for dinner and we really liked them.

Your menu sounds great as always.

I love all your meal ideas and the prep steps you include each day! You mention Hot Dogs almost every week in your menu…my kids love them, but I rarely buy them because I thought they were extremely unhealthy. Now, I know you are not eating the “run of the mill” hot dogs :)…so, what do you recommend? I’ve looked at our supermarket’s organic section and can only find the tufu dogs. My kids would be forever indebted to you for your advice!
