When I'm lacking on creativity for lunch, I end up with more of a "snack plate"- berries, cheese slices, carrot sticks, bread/muffin & butter, seeds/nuts, hummus, etc. :)

Our first night of camping has often gone that way too. But she settles in eventually, so we try to stay at least a couple nights, whenever we camp. We've traveled a LOT with Gen- since she was just 3 days old- so she does pretty well on the road.

So, were you just laying there thinking... "What will this be like with TWO babies?!" :) It seems like that always pops up at some point on a camping trip, as we're lugging around the baby stuff. :)

Thanks for the link- hope you enjoy the peanut sauce!
Blessings,
Michele

I'm glad you had a good time. Our son doesn't sleep well when camping either, but he sure has a good time!
