		<description>I use coconut, olive and flax but keep grapeseed on hand as well because of its high smoke point and because I like the flavor.  I suppose 3 out of 4 isn&#039;t bad.  Thanks for the information.</description>

		<description>That sounds good Lindsay, I have some homemade peanut butter that I brought that&#039;s a little dry and I&#039;d been contemplating adding oil to it so will have to try the coconut oil honey &amp; sea salt. I believe it&#039;s just the nuts itself right now. Really good but not very easy to spread.</description>

		<description>No, I would use coconut oil. Nourishing Traditions provides the following recipe, which sounds wonderful, and I am eager to try as well:

2 cups nuts
3/4 cup coconut oil
2 Tbsp raw honey
1 tsp sea salt

Combine nuts and salt in food processor and grind until it is a fine powder. Add honey and oil and blend until smooth. It will be somewhat liquidy but will harden when chilled. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator.
