You can do it either way. IT would be more ideal to dethaw and then cook at the regular temperature and time. But if you forget, you can cook frozen. You will have to likely double the baking time and make sure you keep it covered so as to avoid burning.

How tasty! I’m making this ahead of time and freezing for the community group we host. Do you bake the enchiladas frozen? And would it be for the same temperature and amount of time?

Wow. Those are amazing. I am starting to learn how to be frugal, cooking in bulk, but am having difficulty seeing how everything have to be gluten-free for my son. Thank you so much for your blog post.

Hi Lindsey, So much fun to see the productive day and see pictures of Megan too! I of course heard about your blog through her. I have enjoyed making freezer meals with/for friends quite a few times. As you found it helps a lot to know the specific family needs, likes and dislikes. Making meals can be so much fun. The other day with 8 friends and a young mom with heath issues we had a full day of baking that gave her several months of meals! Keep up your good work!

A true blessing! I’d love your chicken divan recipe.I am taking dinner over to a family as they prepare to move out of state. Between our family and theirs,it will be 11 people. This recipe looks like it will feed that many.:)
