Sometimes they can tell you if the reason was because the manufacturer, production, or not enough people purchased the items. Costco does do a good job of caring about customer feedback (just look at their monthly newsletter) who knows maybe you can make a change. I stopped buying them, and the organic broccoli after I read on the package "Product of China." The vegetables were grown in China and shipped to Canada for distribution.
