		<description>How wonderful!!!  I&#039;ve been wanting to try this, but forgot to pick up cabbage at the store recently.  I plan to buy some on my next shopping trip. :)

I thought I read somewhere to let the sauerkraut sit for about 4 months before eating it.  I guess that was just because the person that wrote that preferred it to sit that long????
