I'm a long-time reader, first-time commentor. Nice to read your update. I really enjoy your blog. My brothers (one a computer-science guy, one a nurse) are working on a computer system to assist remote clinics in diagnosing and treating patients. I'm not very techno-savy, but so far they have had a lot of great ideas and feedback. They just incorporated as a non-profit organization and are trying to get the project going. My brother Peter (the nurse) came up with the idea while on a missions in Somalia recently.
