This book was great. I was blessed to receive it from a friend when we were talking about making baby food. Like you, I did not agree with everything, but this book is absolutely a power house of information! I only wish I had come across this WAY before I started introducing my daughter to solid foods so I could start giving homemade baby food from the beginning. I initially started on her some store-bought, and she has kind of turned her nose up at some of the homemade.

My son has severe allergies and this book was quite helpful for me especially with the nutritional information and healthy recipes. I loved it!
