I've tried this (baked custard) a few times, w/ great results! Yet, last time I tried 100% coconut milk, and it was amazing! Turned out very rich, and full of coconut fat, we ate it w/ our breakfast.
Thanks for all your great recipes, hubby and I love all that we've tried!

You could prepare it in a bread pan and then serve it after it is cooked in small dishes.

A cube of butter is usually 1/2 cup. This recipe is really adjustable though. I usually only add maybe 1/4 cup - 1/3 cup of butter. You can also use coconut oil or half and half of oil and butter. Enjoy!

Throw them in a smoothie! ;) Or just add them to a batch of scrambled eggs. That is what we do over here!
