I'm not the blog owner, but I thought I would include my two cents worth…
I began desiring to make homemade bread about two years ago. Much like you – I couldn't afford all the equipment (that I WANTED) all at once so I had to draw a line in the sand, deciding which would benefit my family more.
I could do everything I wanted to do, by hand, except grind wheat – so my first purchase was a NutriMill. Once I had that, I started to save for my Bosch. The Lord provided a wonderful machine (Bosch) for me (used – $170) in His gracious timing.
Therefore, my suggestion to you would be to invest in a grinder first and then a Bosch. Although a Blendtec is a great machine – the blender on the Bosch is also fantastic!

Anyway, I noticed you have a nutrimill, blentec, and a bosch. There is no way all three items are in our budget right now. However, I want to keep grinding and soaking grain, making as fresh and healthy items for our family as I can. Which of these three items do you use most? Do you have a grinding attachment for your Bosch? Do you knead dough with your Blendtec? If you're grinding grain with a Blend tech, do you use your Nutrimill? Those are a lot of questions, I know. I'm just trying to be efficient in sorting a lot of info at once. I realize some of the posts I've been reading may be old and perhaps you don't even use all three of these items anymore.

While I’m at it…what do you use as a food processor (like for baby food, purees, etc.)?
