Recipes Gallore!

Allrecipes.com is my favorite resource for finding great recipes for all kinds of meals. This is a free resource with an abundance if reviews and comments on all recipes. Now I will not guarantee the healthiness of every recipe, but I have found most recipes are easily changed to replace with better quality ingredients. Allrecipes has not let me down, except for the collard green recipe of last week, but that is the one and only time I did not like a recipe. You can set up your own recipe box to save your favorites and you can make this public for others to see. I love this site because everyone rates different recipes, so you can find 1-5 star recipes.

Lately, I have had some interesting vegetables (lots of good variety!) on hand with which I had no idea how to cook them. Beets, acorn squash, etc. I just looked them up on allrecipes.com and found an abundance of wonderful ideas. Beets are very toasted roasted in the oven; I was surprised by their flavor. Check it out.

That’s my favorite site for recipes, too. I have found some especially good marinade recipes on there. Delish. :)
